Things I'd like to do regularly....

I would love to do some things regularly. For example, I would love to...

... invite people over for dinner after church on Sundays.
... sit down and plan out my week on Sunday evening.
... have one day to file and organize paperwork.
... run 3 days a week.
... invite people over for a party once a month.
... meet with a friend once a month to do cooking for the freezer.

I just don't know how to plan things well enough to actually follow through on the things I want to do.

OAMC

Once a month cooking....

I am becoming more and more interested in this idea. Once I start cooking or baking, it's usually pretty easy for me to whip up a bunch of stuff at once, so if I were organized I could probably get a bunch of meals taken care of this way. I used to do something like that when I worked, but have fallen out of the habit in the last couple years.

Here's a website on OAMC with some good tips to remember.

Also, we have a ton of ground beef in our freezer right now that I ought to deal with at some point. I rarely use ground beef, though, because I hate browning it. But this website has a great idea for browning a large portion of ground beef all at once. I'll have to try it!
